    Some people are just blessed with wonderful glands and milder hormons and these people seem to be able to eat anything they want without worrying about what it would do to their skin. If you belong to this group, this article is not meant for you. I’m dedicating this article to the thousands or millions of acne sufferers around the world where a simple piece of chicken or a couple of scoops of ice cream appear to create havoc to your skin. Pimples and acne seem like a life long battle and you have tried quite a lot of factory made acne medication but without much suceess. Mix a spoonful of the psyllium soup in a glass of water and drink. The shells and husks of psyllium are also useful in keeping your skin acne free and youthful by acting like a sponge in cleaning up the unwanted toxic on our skin

    Just like any other acne medication, natural acne treatment needs to thoroughly checked before you start using any of them especially the oral type as sometimes it could lead to other problems. You can check out herbal sites or talk to the herbal experts and I’m sure they can point you to the right direction. However once you find the right natural acne remedy, it’s worth the effort as it’s cheaper and certainly better for your health in the long run as opposed to those factory manufactured acne medication.
